The “Abraham” is a standalone single cell rig that is perfect for your home gym or can be extruded into a row of as many cells as you need to suit your cross box or gym. The “Abrahams” unique triangle shape provides you with a much sturdier cell and minimises flex in the frame when doing pull ups, meaning the you can complete as many butterfly or kipping pulls ups as you can without having your rhythm broken by an unstable rig like many square rigs can be. The "Abraham” is not limited to just pull ups/muscle ups, it also doubles as a squat rack or bench press rack, with its custom made J-Hooks and 2.3 m of adjustability. This also allows you to use the rig as an overhead squat rack. That’s not all, the "Abraham” also has a handstand wall attachment allowing you to do a full WOD in the one place, on the one rig.
